Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2016. 3. 10. 경 대구 수성구 범어 동에 있는 상호 불 상의 법무사 사무실에서, 성명 불상의 위 법무사를 통하여『 피고 소인 C는 2009. 11. 초 순경 고소인 A가 백지에 ‘ 고소 인의 성명, 서명, 주민등록번호 및 ( 주) D 대표 A라고 기재한 사문서 ’를 절취하고, 2009. 11. 3. 위 사문서에 ‘ 차용금 약정서, ( 한자로) 금 일억칠천육백만원 정 (176,000,000), 上記 金額 을 正 히 차용하며 2010. 1. 10. 五阡萬 원을 상환하며 잔액 2010. 3. 10.까지 전액 상환할 것을 약속합니다.
