A as the head of the D Daegu regional headquarters E branch office that sells insurance products, he/she shall be in charge of management, such as the solicitation and performance of insurance design agencies under his/her jurisdiction, and Defendant B shall be in charge of business as the same insurance designer(s).

No one shall make contributions to an election for a candidate or a political party to which he/she belongs, or provide any money, goods, entertainment or other economic benefits to an elector in the competition campaign, with the intention of having the elector in the competition campaign cast his/her vote for the purpose of having the elector in the competition campaign.

Accordingly, on March 2017, Defendant A: (a) provided 10 cl.m. gift sets in the aggregate of 65,000 won at the market price at the E branch office located on the 15th floor of the said I building by providing Defendant B with 10 cl.m. gift sets in the aggregate of 65,000 won at the market price at around 11:29 of the same month; (b) Defendant B was at the end of filing an application for the electoral cl.m. on March 20, 201; and (c) Defendant B had the right to request the electoral cl.m. by the 21st day of the same month.
