A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence1 through 5 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has attempted to collect money by taking part in the Bosing organization that defrauds money from many unspecified persons by misrepresenting them to investigative agencies or financial institutions, and deliver it to the general responsibility of the Bosing organization.
