On August 28, 2014, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a short-term of four months and a long-term of six months in the vice branch of the Incheon District Court for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 12, 2014 by the Incheon Detention Center.

At that time, the said D, under the contact of the said personnel, instructed G to withdraw the money that the victim remitted to the said personnel, and around 12:20 June 17, 2015, G was transferred from the victim to the new bank account in the I’s name.
2. On June 17, 2015, at the 09:30 on 17, 2015, the victim J’s singing the phone to the victim J as if he/she was an employee of the lending company;
