Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2020, the Defendant found one KSB card owned by the victim E, which was far away from C Middle School A located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has escaped from the possession of the victim.

2. At around 07:50 on June 4, 2020, the Defendant used the KB Card No. 1, which was found as the victim G management H, as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, to put the KB Card into a principal abandonment, and to enter information without authority, to cut off the same amount of oil equivalent to KRW 70,000, and then cut off.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
