A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

A chain of seizure (Evidence No. 5) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 29, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, rape, etc. in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Branch on September 29, 2006, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Clean Prison on June 30, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by destroying and impairing part of the building managed by the victim at night.

2. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:0 on the first order of April 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened a door in the “gameland” operated by the Defendant F (F) of the victim F (F) located in Gusi-si; (c) opened a door that was not set up at the location; and (d) brought KRW 30,000 in cash, which is owned by the victim in the said bank.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night and stolen the property.

2. On April 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a thief using bricks; (b) destroyed a thief; (c) destroyed a thief; (d) destroyed a thief; (d) destroyed the back glass of the I car owned by the victim H (the age of 45); (c) destroyed the back glass of the I car, which was parked in the said place, with a brick, which is a dangerous article carried in front of the victim H (the age of 45); and (d) cut off a thief, which is equivalent to KRW 450,000,000,000 in the market value of the victim.
