On June 20, 2015, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.159% during blood transfusion around 09:18, the Defendant driven the B rocketing vehicle from around 15 meters to the 889 neighboring taxi platform of Yanpo-si, Gwangju-si to the Yanpo-si Agricultural Cooperative.
