If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who holds a cuss vehicle in B.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 12:20 on June 8, 2016, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the Agricultural Cooperative of Mapo-si, Gwangju.
