A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Seoul Central District Court on May 9, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on December 22, 2014.

1. Around 08:45 on September 19, 2015, the Defendant collected a dangerous fire extinguishing machine, which is a dangerous object from the victims’ name and 40 passengers on the victim’s face, from the subway 6046-dong train of 351343, which goes through the 1332 underground Gacheon-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu., the Defendant collected at the passenger room of the victim C (43 years old), the victim D (67 years old), the victim E (43 years old), the victim F (49 years old), and the victim’s name and address 40 passengers.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous articles, and assaulted victims.

2. The Defendant destroyed and damaged property by putting the fire extinguishers as stated in Paragraph (1) at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph (1) and 1 at the time and place, and putting them out to the victim’s guest room as stated in Paragraph (1) prior to the victim’s death, thereby impairing its utility.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property.

3. The Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant interfered with the operation of subways of the Korea Railroad Corporation by dumping fire extinguisherss to passengers and guest rooms in the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1) and by spreading them to passengers and guest rooms.
