Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:45 on April 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault at one time on the part of the victim’s right bridge bridge, which was operated by the victim B (ma. 5 years old), on the part of the Plaintiff, on the ground that the victim went back to the port of destination when he was in the vicinity of the Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was located near the port of destination. (b) At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time on the part of the victim’s right bridge blick with his hand.
