A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 1, 2016, the Defendant was issued a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Incheon District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BMW car.
On April 29, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol content of 0.127% around 23:30, while under the influence of alcohol, and driven the said car at a speed of 0.127%, and driven the four-lane road at a point of 113.1km away from the west JC bank, at a speed of 113.1km away from the west JC bank, at a speed of 3-lane.
