A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1.850,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 26, 2013, and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 27, 2014.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On November 2015, the Defendant purchased “D” paths located in U.S. Dong-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S. (hereinafter “D”), 3.50,000 won in cash, using a philopon, from the Defendant, to a flopon, and to a flopon containing approximately one gram of a philopon.

B. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased 140,000 won in cash from the door door to “F,” located in Gyeyang-gu E at a high altitude around 21:30,000, a vinyl package containing about five gramphones from the window to the nameless person who is seated in the numberless string driver’s seat of a car.

2. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On November 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold a disposable injection machine, one of which 3.50,000 won in cash from I and contains approximately one gramopon, in front of H Park in Seoyang-gu G, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) around 04:30 on November 20, 2015.

B.
