Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant is a person who cultivates G dry field, which is the boundary of Pyeongtaek-si C, D, E victim F (60 years of age, south).

On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid up posts with soil on the ground that water flowing from the dry field of the said victim was laid into his dry field; (b) prevented the victim from putting water into the dry field of the said victim; and (c) obstructed the victim’s agricultural business.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and time, was unable to look at the boundaries by piling up posts with soil above the victim’s land boundary.
