Punishment of the crime

1. The criminal defendant A or B shall not invite a foreigner by fraudulent means, such as making a false statement of the fact or providing a false reference, or arrange such invitation to allow the foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, Defendant A (A, hereinafter referred to as “A”) and

Defendant

B The facts are as follows: (a) the foreigners of nationality who enter the means of employment or entry into the Republic of Korea for the purpose of applying for refugee status are invited to enter the Republic of Korea by falsely inviting them as if they were for the purpose of a high-class trading business; (b) the Defendant A received a list of foreigners of nationality from bromoer with which the name on the means of employment is unknown and delivered to the Defendant B; (c) the Defendant B, directly or by employees, prepares a letter of invitation to invite Defendant A to enter the Republic of Korea as the means known to Defendant A in Korea; and (d) prepare and deliver to the Defendant a letter of personal identity guarantee to the effect that he will be responsible for all during his entry.

Defendant

A around September 1, 2015, around September 11, 2015, delivered a letter of invitation to C (C and L) which wishes to enter the Republic of Korea to Defendant B, and Defendant B issued a letter of invitation for the purpose of the next 28 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, from that time until February 15, 2016, by giving the letter of invitation to enter the Republic of Korea.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to invite foreigners to enter the Republic of Korea by stating false facts.

2. The defendant C shall not apply for a false visa or visa issuance certificate, or assist such application to allow the entry of a foreigner.

Nevertheless, on October 29, 2015, the Defendant is at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea.
