A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the credit branch of Suwon District Court on July 19, 2007, and the summary order became final and conclusive on July 19, 2007. On October 24, 2008, the court issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime, etc., and the summary order became final and conclusive on December 23, 2008. On April 10, 2009, the court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime, etc., and on May 28, 2009, the summary order became final and conclusive.

At around 21:40 on March 23, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 200 meters of the freight vehicle B from the front of a restaurant where the trade name in the Red Ri of Gyeonggi-do cannot be known, on the road in front of the restaurant where the trade name in the Gyeonggi-do is under the influence of alcohol level 0.096%.
