All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
The judgment below
Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court is justifiable to have found Defendant B guilty of the facts charged in the instant case (excluding the part of acquittal in the grounds for appeal).
In doing so, there is no error of law such as misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or misunderstanding of legal principles as to joint principal offenders.
Meanwhile, even though Defendant A also appealed, there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the statement of grounds for appeal.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
