The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was justified in finding the Defendant guilty of assault among the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on self-defense, emergency evacuation, and legitimate act beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal is found in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
