Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in Cone Star driving.

1. On January 29, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter “Dangerous Driving”) was driving the said van and driving it along the two-lanes in the direction of the driving direction from the original station to the direction of the motor vehicle.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리한 채 술에 취한(혈중알콜농도 0.181%)상태로 같은 방향 전방에서 신호대기 중이던 피해자 D(24세)이 운전하는 E 무쏘 승용차를 발견하지 못하고 그대로 진행하여 피고인 운전의 스타렉스 승합차 앞범퍼 부분으로 위 무쏘 승용차의 뒷범퍼 부분을 추돌하고, 계속 진행하여 위 스타렉스의 좌측 부분으로 위와 같은 충격으로 앞으로 튕겨져 나간 무쏘 승용차의 우측 부분을 재차 들이받았다.
