When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business owner of "C points in Busan Jung-gu B".

A game providing business operator shall provide the same game products as those deliberated by the Game Industry Management Committee, and a juvenile game providing business operator shall not provide free gifts exceeding 5,000 won per use of the game products.

Nevertheless, the defendant, on June 2019, has been operating the game site by transferring it from D, the main owner of the business, and from the end of July 2019, the same year.

9. 30. 14:35경까지 위 게임장에 '곰탱이(CC-NA-100430-003)' 7대, '러브푸시' 2대, '조아조아 윷놀이' 1대 등 인형뽑기 게임기 10대를 설치하여 영업을 하면서, 게임기 경품은 게임기내에서 직접 배출하여 손님에게 제공되어야 함에도 게임기 내에는 경품으로 숫자가 적힌 필름통 등을 설치하고 필름통 등에 열쇠를 넣어, 당첨된 경품의 열쇠를 이용하여 게임장내에 진열되어 있는 경품함(1~12, A~G)을 열면 '에어프라이어기', '티포트' 등을 획득하게 함으로써 소비자가격 5,000원을 초과하는 경품을 불특정 다수의 손님들에게 제공하여 사행성을 조장하고, 게임물관리위원회로부터 등급분류를 받은 게임물과 다른 내용의 게임물을 이용하도록 제공 및 전시하였다.
