Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is liable for military service.

Where a person liable for military service moves his/her place of residence, he/she shall file a relocation report pursuant to Article 16 of the Resident Registration Act within 14 days.

Nevertheless, on February 5, 2013, when the Defendant moved the place of residence from the Seocho-si to the unexploiturel in the name of the Si of the Si of the racing, the Defendant did not report it to the head of the Dong at the place of residence, but did not report it without any justifiable reason, and was cancelled the resident registration due to the lack of official residence registration.
