1. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant would purchase flood vehicle parts at the E company office operated by the victim D on October 20, 2016, under the pretext of the purchase price for flood vehicles parts.
“A false statement” was made.
However, in fact, the defendant received money from the injured party as the purchase price for the flood vehicle parts and thought to use it in the repayment of existing debts and living expenses such as the amount receivable of the accused, and there was no intention or ability to purchase the flood vehicle parts at a low price.
Nevertheless, on October 20, 2016, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 4,440,000 won, including KRW 2,50,000,000 as the purchase price of flood vehicle parts, by means of the deposit account in the name of the defendant's name (Account Number F) on October 20, 2016 from the victim, and 1,94,000 won as the above account on November 16, 2016.
2. On October 25, 2016, the Defendant would purchase five flood vehicles (G 4.6 million won, H 3.87 million won, I.7 million won, J 7.1 million won, and K 4.1 million won) by phoneing to the victim on October 25, 2016.
“A false statement” was made.
However, in fact, the defendant received money from the injured party as the purchase price for the flood vehicle and thought to use it in the repayment of existing debts, such as the outstanding amount of money, and there was no intention or ability to purchase the flood vehicle to the injured party.
Nevertheless, on October 25, 2016, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and took over 2,6670,000 won to the deposit account (Account Number M) in the name of the national bank designated by the defendant on October 25, 2016 from the victim.

1. On October 26, 2016, at the O company office located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N around 11:00 on October 26, 2016, the Defendant sent the victim P with the “N-type vehicle at the auction site.”
The auction will purchase 720,000 won.
