A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of a special assault around May 20, 2016 shall be acquitted.

Criminal facts

The defendant and the victim B(n, 35 years old) are married with the married couple, and currently pending a divorce lawsuit.

1. On May 17, 2015, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on May 17, 2015, in the Defendant’s house room located in Heung-gu Seoul apartment complex D, Young-gu, Young-gu, Around 11:0 on May 17, 2015, in the Defendant’s cell phone, discovered a female’s upper half of body photo from the Defendant’s cell phone and bread it to the victim, and led the victim’s head by hand, leading the victim’s head by drinking, leading the victim’s head by drinking, continuing the victim’s breath, leading the victim’s breath, leading the victim’s head by hand one time, leading the victim’s right upper part of the victim’s right side, tightly faced the victim’s chest, and harming the victim’s hair with the victim’s hair, and harming the victim by taking the victim’s right side and the breath, etc.

On April 17, 2016, the Defendant assaulted on April 17, 2016, around 2016, the Defendant, even at the places indicated in paragraph 3, on April 17, 2016, on the ground that the victim was able to hold a meeting of the ccushion and spawn, on the ground that the ccushion and spawn were collected by the victim, and that the ccushion and spawn were collected by hand.
