1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 3755 million and the amount of KRW 35 million among them from December 1, 2018 to the date of full payment.

The Defendant, on November 30, 2017, borrowed KRW 35 million from the Plaintiff to November 30, 2018, prepared a loan certificate with the purport to pay KRW 400,000 per 30,000 per month (in the absence of any dispute, No. 1 certificate), and paid interest at KRW 400,00 per month until April 2018, but paid the interest at KRW 250,000 per month until May 2018, and did not pay all interest from June 2018 to the closure of the instant pleadings.

(C) In light of the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from May 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018 (Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings) for the total amount of KRW 35 million with interest accrued from May 2, 2018 to November 30, 2018, and for the total amount of KRW 37.55 million with interest accrued from November 30, 2018.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
