Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving QM6 automobiles.
On November 21, 2018, the Defendant, at around 01:35, driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, such as influenite and walking, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in the direction of the operation in the direction of the parallel, as in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, while normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol such as drinking.
In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by putting a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle on the front door and safely operating the steering wheel and brakes properly.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in operating the brakes properly, and the part of the back part of the DK5-si operated by the victim C(the age of 66) who was in the atmosphere of the signal signal at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle was placed in front of the vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and sustained injury to the victim C, such as a confection and pelvise for about two weeks of medical treatment, and sustained injury to the victim E (the 53 years of age), a taxi passenger, and the victim F (the 56 years of age) for two weeks of medical treatment.
2. Around 00:50 on November 21, 2018, the Defendant driven a B QM6 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1k from the section of approximately 1km to the top of the shooting distance under the same Gu’s direction, around 01:30 on the same day from G in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu to the same day.
