Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court for 8 months, and was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on December 28, 2010 during the suspension period, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 27, 2011, and the said suspended sentence became null and void, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the port prison on January 11, 2012.
around 17:57 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant entered the D station in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, to publicize the “galking” at the D station’s office, and discovered one cellular phone flag of the amount of KRW 800,000,000, the market price of the victim E, an employee of the said gas station located on his/her book, and stolen it by using any cres without any reason.
On February 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a lid of a water tank installed therein at the “H restaurant” operated by the victim G located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) cut off light and lux around 200,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.
From that time, the Defendant stolen, from that time until February 14, 2014, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 350,000 won of the market price, which is the victims’ possession, and two bicycles in the market price, from that time to that of the new wall.
(A) On January 29, 2014, the Defendant, at around 03:00 on January 29, 2014, stolen “I” as “G”; “I” as “J”; “K” as “L” in the victim column No. 2; and “K” as “L” respectively in the victim column No. 4. On January 29, 2014, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the growth of the market price of KRW 28,00 in front of the “O” in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s operation.
