Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual representative of the (ju) E located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, who runs the manufacturing business of steel structures using 12 full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by an agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the defendant is working in contact with the above workplace from August 23, 2014 to January 19, 2015.

The retired FF’s wages of 1,906,000 won in November 2014, wage of 2,600,000 won in December 2014, wage of 1,885,000 won in December 2015, and of 6,391,000 won in total, and from September 10, 2014 to January 19, 2015.
