Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court for the same year.

[2017 Highly 76] The Defendant is the representative of the C Agricultural Partnership in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, who is an employer who conducts mushroom cultivation business using six full-time workers.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who served from February 8, 2014 to October 31, 2014 and retired workers H, did not pay the total of KRW 40,749,990 on February 2, 2014, and KRW 43,749,990 from March 3, 2014 to October 10 of the same year (each month 5,000,000) within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties.
