1. On October 2, 2002, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in October of imprisonment with prison labor for gambling opening at the Busan District Court.

2. On April 29, 2013, Defendant B was subject to a disposition of suspending indictment for gambling at the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office.

3. On November 3, 1983, the defendant C was sentenced to a fine of 100,000 won as a crime of gambling at the Busan District Court, and a fine of 200,000 won as a crime of gambling at the same court on October 13, 1984, respectively. On January 28, 1986, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years in prison for 8 months, and on June 12, 1990, for 1 year and 6 months in prison.

1. 2014. 2. 24. 도박(피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C, 피고인 E) 피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C은 성명을 알 수 없는 사람들과 함께 2014. 2. 24. 13:00경부터 같은 날 18:00경 사이에 부산 연제구 신금로 23번길 30에 있는 온천천 연제구관리사무소 옆 인도상 벤치에서, 화투 20장을 이용하여 딜러역할자가 다섯 장씩 네 가지 패를 만들어 놓으면 참가자들이 그 중 한패를 선택하여 각자 1,000원 내지 10,000원의 돈을 걸도록 한 후 다섯 장을 뒤집어 세 장 숫자 합의 끝이 0이 되도록 맞추어 버리고 나머지 두 장의 합이 높은 사람이 건 돈을 가져가는 방법으로 수십회에 걸쳐 속칭 ‘도리짓고땡’이라는 도박을 하고, 피고인 E은 주위에서 경찰의 도박 단속에 대비하여 망을 보았다.
