The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes set forth in the holding two years and six months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the branch court of the Changwon District Court on March 12, 2013 and written indictment on June 8, 2013, but it appears that the written indictment was written on June 4, 2013, but it was written in writing on June 8, 2013.

On June 1, 2014, the judgment became final and conclusive, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated in the Ganyang detention house.

1. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on May 2, 2017, the special robbery: (b) around 20:40 on May 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) went to the house of the victim (the age of 70), and went to the dwelling space beyond the gate, and (b) went to the dwelling space until the victim returned to the dwelling space; (c) while the victim was waiting in the dwelling space until the victim returned to the dwelling space, the victim was heeped by hearing sound of the gate; and (d) was pushed the victim’s opening to the dwelling space, and then down the victim’s left hand by cutting off the victim’s arms and taking off the victim’s arms by force; and (b) took a f50,000 won of cash flusing on the mail.

Accordingly, the defendant is a victim at night.
