1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. The registration of the Chuncheon District Court and June 27, 2012 with respect to the land specified in the attached list No. 2
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the land survey division drafted under the former Shipbuilding Land Investigation Order, which was made on April 14, 1915, 1915, the land survey division in relation to the land Nos. 2, 3, 5 (1) of this case, was described as follows: B, prior to the subdivision of the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table Nos. 2 (hereinafter “the land No. 2 of this case”) on April 14, 1915 (hereinafter “the land No. 2 of this case”); B, prior to the subdivision of the land listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 of the attached Table No. 3 of this case (hereinafter “the land No. 3 of this case”); and on March 30, 1915, the land listed in paragraph (5) of the attached Table No. 5 of this case (hereinafter “the land No. 5 of this case”).
(2) Meanwhile, as the cadastral record was destroyed and lost since it was divided into F and the land No. 2, etc. before subdivision, the “G” was registered as the owner in the column of the former land cadastre as to the land No. 2, and on March 18, 1985, the land category was changed from March 18, 1985 to a forest.
Since then, the Defendant completed the registration of the Chuncheon District Court as to the land No. 2 and the registration of ownership preservation as to the land No. 30967 received on June 27, 2012 (hereinafter “registration of ownership preservation”).
(3) In addition, the 309 square meters prior to the subdivision was destroyed due to the subdivision of the cadastral record into H and the land No. 3, etc. of the instant case, and the cadastral record was restored on February 1, 1958, and the former land cadastre concerning the land No. 3 of the instant case was registered as the road and the owner’s land cadastre, and the land category was changed on May 28, 2013 to the river.
On the other hand, the Defendant completed the registration of the Chuncheon District Court as to the land No. 3 and the registration of ownership preservation as to the land No. 30967, Jun. 27, 2012 (hereinafter “registration of ownership preservation”).
(4) Also, the E-Wancheon-gun, the land before subdivision, was divided into the land No. 5 of this case since then, and the cadastral record was restored on February 1, 1958, and the land cadastre on the land No. 5 of this case restored.
