Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 19, 2014, the Plaintiffs, a mother and child, entered into the instant sales contract, owned by the Defendant and the Plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as “real estate indication”), are owned by the Plaintiff A, and No. 7 is owned by the Plaintiff B.
