1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,00,000 and the following day shall be 5% per annum from January 1, 2017 to May 7, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of Claim: On April 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on the second day of the interest month; and (b) on December 31, 2016, the Plaintiff guaranteed the Defendant’s obligation to borrow money.

On October 11, 2016, the Plaintiff additionally lent KRW 25,000,00 to the Defendant.

The Plaintiff received reimbursement of KRW 20,000,000 from C.

The defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the loan to the plaintiff and the delay damages from the day following the due date to the day of full payment.
