1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Indication of claim: The defendant borrowed 25,00,000 won on several occasions from the plaintiff, and then prepares a certificate of loan (15,000,000 won per annum, 30% per annum, and 6, 2013) dated March 6, 2013, and a certificate of loan dated June 29, 2015 (10,000,000 interest per annum, 30% per annum, and 1,40,000,000 won per annum from July 7, 2015 to April 7, 2016) and then the plaintiff made payment to the defendant under Article 208 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (see Supreme Court Decision 200,000,000 won per annum, and damages for delay under Article 208 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
