A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 through 12 and 23 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On September 28, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to three years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on February 7, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At night, around 05:00 on February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that at the “E” coffee shop operated by the victim D in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the text of the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 5,452,700, total market value by the same method nine times in total, including, but not limited to, cash 120,000 in the Kitter’s treasury and one Kamera in the line at the entrance of the toilet at the entrance of the toilet; and (b) subsequently, from around that time until March 28, 2015, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to KRW 5,452,700 in total, by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes, in total.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victims' property.

2. A thief: (a) around 05:00 on February 25, 2015, at a parking lot located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the Defendant: (b) opened a Hpool door that was parked in the said parking lot; and (c) carried cash 20,000 won which was kept in front of the hpool; (d) one cell phone of the market price of KRW 500,000; and (e) one cell phone of the market price of KRW 500,000,000, total market price of KRW 1,020,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. A special larceny: (a) around 05:10 on April 12, 2015, the Defendant came to “K” operated by the victim J in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and confirmed that business hours are closed; (b) went beyond a steel file, and entered the house with a hackter, which was on the outside of the building, opened the house hacker, and intruded into the house with KRW 450,000 in cash in the car hack.

Accordingly, the defendant damages part of the structure at night.
