A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 6, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 04:00 on July 6, 2014, at the time of “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu; (b) followed the gas pipeline at the lower end of the back, and invaded the gas pipe above the window, and stolen the cash of KRW 15,000,000, which was owned by the victim and was placed in the bank.
2. On July 7, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 03:40 on July 7, 2014, at around 03:3:40, the Defendant came to a restaurant operated by the Victim G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, “H”; (b) opened a main window behind the restaurant; and (c) intruded the chair above the window, and then cut off with one cash, the victim’s possession, and one small credit cooperative worth KRW 50,000, an amount of KRW 50,000, at the market price.
3. On July 11, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 04:00 on July 11, 2014, at around 04:00, at the time of “K” restaurant operated by the victim J of the victim J in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu; (b) thereafter, the Defendant removed the view of the windows from hand by hand; and (c) infringed upon the air conditioner room outside the window, and then stolen the cash owned by the victim and stolen the window outside the window.
4. On July 14, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime, around 05:00 on July 14, 2014, at around 05:00, went to a “N” restaurant operated by the victim M in Ulsan-gu L, Ulsan-gu L, and went to and stolen the cash of KRW 80,000 on the part of the victim M, who was in the shot-gu, inasmuch as he/she intrudes over the windows located in his/her emotional book.
5. On July 20, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 04:43, July 20, 2014, at the time of the restaurant operated by the Victim P in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, for the first time, removed the window of a toilet in his/her hand; (b) followed the waste pipe installed at that place; and (c) intrudes over the window, and then stolen the cash owned by the victim with KRW 20,000,000, which is located in the depository.
6. The Defendant committed the crime on July 28, 2014 constituted “T” restaurant operated by the Victim S S in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, around 05:00 on July 28, 2014.
