Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B.

Where the driver of any motor vehicle intends to make a left-hand turn at the intersection, he/she shall drive slowly along the median line of the road in advance and turn to the left at the center of the intersection.

Nevertheless, on February 14, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 15:47, and violated the intersection traffic method by driving it from the two-lanes, the straight distance of 187 ahead of the 187-lane Asan-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at the intersection of the entrance of the new state, at the intersection of the Dong-dong intersection, to the two-lanes of the straight line, which is the straight line, while driving the two-lanes.
