1. Import of philophones;

A. On October 4, 2014, the Defendant, at the end of September, 2014, imported psychotropic drugs sales from Cambodia and Kakakao Stockholm conversations and international telephone (the telephone number: D) through international specialty transmission, and conspired to sell psychotropic drugs to domestic buyers.

On October 4, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.5 g of philophones concealed in the above express shipment through a door-to-door engineer on the front of the Itel in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and imported philophones in collusion with the above Cambodia narcotics seller.

B. On October 7, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 from a point of a national bank located in Incheon, to a deposit account with which the account number known by the seller of Cambodia drugs cannot be identified, at a point of a national bank located in Incheon, in the early October 2014.

On October 6, 2014, the above Cambodia sold narcotics: (a) concealed approximately five g of the opononon phone in a bank and inner clothes from Cambodia Franchisium; and (b) sent the sender’s address; (c) stated the sender’s address as “E”; (d) “PNH CABODA”; and (c) J (“J”); and (d) stated the addressee’s address as “F” but as it is apparent that the addressee is a clerical error in accordance with the 64 pages of the evidence record; and (e) stated the addressee’s address as “C” and sent two romatics special shipment (defic number: L).
