가. 필로폰 수입 피고인들은 2014년 10월경 광주 북구 오치동에 있는 상호를 알 수 없는 PC방에서, 피고인들이 인터넷 구글 사이트에 게시한 향정신성의약품인 메트암페타민(일명 필로폰, 이하 ‘필로폰’이라 한다) 광고를 보고 연락한 캄보디아 마약 판매범과 스마트폰 어플 ‘위챗’과 국제전화를 통하여 국제특송화물로 필로폰을 밀수입한 후 이를 국내 매수자들에게 판매하기로 공모하였다.

(d) around 01:39 of the same day, the Defendants received KRW 390,000 of the cost of opon from the above W to the Defendant’s account (Account number: X) and sold the opon.

C. Handphones-receiving Defendants in collusion with the above Cambodia’s narcotics sellers, and on December 22, 2014, Dong-dong-si around 21:00.
