1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 133,839,280 as well as KRW 4,751,870 among them, from September 1, 2015 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1 through 3 (including the number of branch offices), the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant on September 26, 2005 against Busan District Court Decision 2005Da364115, and on September 26, 2005, "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 5,836,410 won and 4,751,870 won with interest rate of 39% per annum from June 30, 2003 to the day of full payment." The above judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff 2,05, and the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant on October 26, 2005 against the plaintiff 2, 306Da47611, 309, 409, 309% per annum from the above court on June 7, 2006 to the day of full payment."

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
