1. Of the instant lawsuits, KRW 75,348,387 and KRW 17,486,168 among them, 15% per annum from June 18, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 27, 2003, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 10 million from the Daegu Bank, and was issued a credit card from the business Daegu Bank.

B. On February 5, 2008, the Daegu Bank filed a loan claim lawsuit against the Defendant at the Daegu District Court 2008Gaso36450, Jul. 9, 2008, and decided on July 6, 2008 by the same court as “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 16,356,895 won and 10,264,019 won per annum 18% per annum from September 26, 2003 to the day of full payment to the day of full payment” with respect to KRW 4,575,125 per annum 24% per annum from July 1, 2003 to the day of full payment.

C. On August 2, 2003, the Defendant entered into an agreement on the substitution of KRW 17.4 million with ELD Card Co., Ltd. (formerly changed to a new card), and on April 24, 2012, the new card was finalized on August 23, 2012 by having filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a loan claim with the Daegu District Court 2012Gau425361 (Seoul District Court) and on August 23, 2012 from the same court. “The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 54,808,763 won and 17,486,168 won with 24% interest per annum from March 17, 2012 to the day of full payment.”

On June 21, 2013, the National Down Fund acquired a claim against the Defendant from the Daegu Bank and the New Card, and on August 23, 2014, sent the notice of transfer to the Defendant by content-certified mail.

E. On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff acquired a claim against the Defendant again from the National Dental Fund, and issued a notice of assignment by content-certified mail to the Defendant on April 19, 2018 upon delegation of the power to notify the transfer from the National Dental Fund.

F. As of June 17, 2018, the amount as of June 17, 2018’s credit that the Plaintiff acquired is indicated below.
