1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. From December 7, 2012, the Plaintiff is the head operating the C Child Care Center (hereinafter “Child Care Center in this case”) with a fixed number of 49 persons in Busan-gu B, Busan-gu, and D is the infant care teacher registered as the teacher of the Child Care Center in this case from February 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017, and E is the Plaintiff’s child and the Plaintiff’s child, who obtained the child care teacher license on February 22, 2017.
B. From February 16, 2017 to February 24, 2017, the Defendant illegally received subsidies of KRW 298,000,000,000,000,000,000 from the day of the instant child care center (i.e., KRW 1910,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,0000,000,000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,000).

The Plaintiff appealed and filed an administrative appeal on April 4, 2017, but was dismissed on May 30, 2017.
