Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, on November 6, 2015, the Defendant and B connected the Internet Game “E” site at the “DPC room” site located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, as of November 6, 2015, with the clinic of “E”, and sold the game machine in cash to the victim F.

If cash is deposited into a bank account, it will immediately transfer the game money.

그러나 사실 피고인과 B은 위와 같이 게임 머니 판매자와 구매자 사이에서 게임 머니만 가로챌 생각이었으므로, 피해자로 하여금 그 대금을 보내도록 하더라도, 피해자에게 게임 머니를 넘겨줄 의사나 능력이 없었다.
