A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2019, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) paid on behalf of the Defendant the amount of KRW 2.50,000,000 in cash, and 2.50,000 in cash to the victim; and (b) purchased the sex of the juvenile by having a single sexual relationship with the victim.

2. The Defendant, while having sexual intercourse with the victim at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, took pictures of his mobile phone (No. 2) without the victim’s consent, using his/her photographic cryp application to take pictures of the sexual relationship with the victim.

3. On July 5, 2019, from around 17:11 to July 00:39, 2019, the Defendant sent a message with the content that “I will keep selling and selling at least 30 minutes a week, will take place only once a week from the next sold and sold,” and sent to the investigation agency a photograph that affected the victim’s sexually related video screen, and the victim’s H arms list, etc., to the victim’s cell phone, and then sent the photograph to the victim’s cell phone, etc., and then, sent it to the victim’s cell phone, the Defendant attempted to gather money from the victim’s sexually related relationship with the victim, but the Defendant did not receive money from the victim’s sexually related relationship.”
