[criminal history] On December 23, 201, the Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime from the Sungnam branch of the Suwon branch of the Seoul East District Court as a fine of KRW 1 million, KRW 3 million for the same crime in the same court on June 21, 201, and KRW 5 million for the same crime from the Sungnam branch of the Suwon branch of the Suwon branch of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 201.

On July 8, 2017, the Defendant driven the said K7 car from the section of about 5 km from the Kugung-gu composition to the Sindong of Geumnam-si to the Sinnam-si, Geumnam-si, Geumnam-si, with a alcohol content of 0.096% under the influence of alcohol during blood without obtaining a driver’s license at around 12:09, July 8, 2017.

On August 19, 2017, the Defendant driven CK7 car in the section of about 550 meters from the front of the "Seoul potae" road of about 100 m22 m22 m2, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul, with alcohol content 0.123% while under the influence of alcohol without a driver's license around 14:57 on August 19, 2017.
