The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: Defendant A, at around 08:00 on June 18, 2018, was in the inspection room of the “(State) D” located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, Annsan-si, Seoul-si on June 18, 2018 between the victim B and the victim’s partner B in the course of dialogueing the victim’s work with the victim’s partner B as his/her work day.

In order to protect the victim's face, he/she committed an assault against the victim's face.

2. The above facts charged are the crimes stipulated in Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which constitute the crimes of non-violation of will pursuant to Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

According to the records, since an agreement which contains an expression of intent not to punish the defendant on August 30, 2018 after the indictment of this case was instituted, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
