Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was engaged in driving a two-wheeled vehicle B, GTS125.

At around 07:00 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant operated the two-wheeled automobile at the entrance of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu Olympic Games from May 30, 2013 to around 5km in front of the female in the Olympic Winter Noise 13, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
