Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2014, around 10:47, the Defendant passed a two-wheeled automobile on the motorway, even though he was not driving a two-wheeled automobile on the front side of the Daegu Southern-gu Road and the front side of the mountain tunnel in Daegu-gu.
