On December 31, 2018, at around 04:00, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton car from the parking lot located in Gwangju Northern-dong to about 500 meters away from the parking lot located in Gwangju Northern-dong to the shooting distance of the police station located in Gwangju Northern-dong.
