Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 2009, the Defendant, at the office of the CCC Center located in B at B of B of B, did not have the fact that he was authorized by E, the nominal owner in the register of automobile of the said car, to prepare an automobile insurance subscription form in order to purchase insurance for the automobiles in question. However, the Defendant, at the insurance solicitor F of the automobile insurance subscription form, received from the insurance solicitor F, entered “E” into the policyholder column of the site, and entered “E” at his own signature column at will.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of his personal automobile insurance subscription form in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On July 2010, the Defendant, at the above CC Center office, did not have been authorized by E to prepare an automobile insurance subscription form for the said reasons, voluntarily stated the E’s name in the column of the policyholder in the form of interesting country fire insurance subscription form issued by employees of the interesting country fire and marine insurance company.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the automobile insurance subscription form in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant’s above No. 1 A

at the time and place described in the subsection 1-A to the insurance solicitor F who is not aware of the forgery.

As described in the subsection, one copy of the subscription form for personal vehicle insurance was submitted as if it were duly formed.

B. The defendant 1-B

at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in the subsection, the 1-B above employees of interesting, fire, marine insurance corporation, who are not aware of the forgery.

As described in the paragraph, one copy of the forged automobile insurance subscription form was submitted as if it were duly formed.
