Defendant,

On November 23, 2016, around 16:10 on the road in front of the “D” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, for the purpose of avoiding the crackdown on illegal spirits, 3 boxes are stockpiled in front of the front number plate of the ERarash truck so that it is difficult to identify the registration number plate;

2. 2016. 12. 6. 18:20 경 제 1 항과 같은 장소에서, 불법 주정 차 단속을 피하기 위하여 주차금지 팻말을 세워 놓아 가리는 방법으로 증거에 의하면, 피고인이 해당 주차금지 팻말을 옮겨 세운 것이 아니라고 판단되나, 아래 증거들에 의하여 인정되는 바와 같이 피고인이 해당 주차금지 팻말 바로 뒤에 위 자동차를 주차하여 등록 번호판이 가려 지게 한 이상 이는 등록 번호판 앞에 팻말을 세운 것과 동일한 행위로 평가할 수 있다.
